It started in Italy - as all great pasta stories do.
We fell in love with handmade pasta --
the kind you twirl slowly and savour completely.
What surprised us most?
It didn’t cost a fortune.
It was simple, soulful, and always served with a smile.
Back home, we couldn’t stop thinking about it.
So we created Pastalia -- a place that does just one thing:
Fettuccine Alfredo:

swirled in the king of cheeses:
Parmigiano Reggiano imported from Italy.
Topped your way, and always cooked to al dente perfection.
Because when you pour your heart into one thing, it shows.
